Summary:
* October 13th - December 1st, 2025. (Thanksgiving Week Excluded) Building is undergoing balcony repairs. We have discounted rates for this period of time. Balconies will not be accessible during this time.

Wake up to panoramic views of the sparkling marina and the endless ocean from this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Featuring large windows that flood the space with natural light and a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a family dinner. This end unit overlooks the marina as well as the ocean, which is very unique at Ocean Pointe.

The Space:
This beautifully designed 916 sq. ft. end-unit condo, offering a unique and thoughtfully crafted floor plan that sets it apart from the rest. As an end unit, this home enjoys added privacy, extra natural light, and a larger footprint than interior units. The master bathroom features an in suite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds with its own bathroom as well.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to Ocean Pointe Suites resort & property. The security gate is manned 24 hours. The person who made the reservation, will need to present their ID upon arrival.
Boats and boat trailers are only allowed if pre-approved by the dock master prior to reservation.
Two vehicles max.

The Neighborhood:

As the only reef system in the U.S. is right offshore, it doesn’t get any better than this!

This captivating Resort offers so many exciting amenities for your family. Soak up the sunshine at the Junior Olympic pool with plenty of sun loungers or soak in the giant bubbling hot tub. Enjoy a snack or cocktail at the Pool Bar. Or, if you prefer to go “native”, get your Vitamin D on the resort’s private sandy beach.

Onsite tennis/pickleball courts. Onsite charcoal grills and outdoor seating!

Enjoy the boardwalk to the marina and check out the catch of the day! If you’d like to bring your own boat up to 28’, dockage is available for an additional fee through the dockmaster reservation system.

Getting Around:
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use 500 Burton Drive, Tavernier, Florida as the address. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us from the mainland by taking the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 - Homestead/Key West. This is the Turnpike Extension that will connect you to Route US 1 in Florida City, which takes you through the Keys to Key West at the very end of US 1.
Please be aware that speed limits throughout the Florida Keys are strictly enforced. Driving Route 1 to Key West is one of the most beautiful drives there so TAKE YOUR TIME. Please be especially careful through the Big Pine Key area as this is a Key Deer Refuge. Speed limits are reduced in this area. You can reach Ocean Pointe by following Route 1 south from Homestead, over the 20-mile causeway, past Key Largo and making a left onto Burton Drive at mile marker 92.5, just before the Circle K convenience store and Dairy Queen in the median. Ocean Pointe is approximately half mile down Burton drive on your right.

GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR
We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore:

KEYS AIRPORT SHUTTLE provides daily door to door shuttle service to and from Key West & the Florida Keys & Miami & Ft Lauderdale airports.

The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys.

CAR PARKING
Parking is provided for two cars on site and is easily accessible to the unit. Please be aware that all guests must be registered prior to coming, and the plate numbers of cars provided.

Other Things to Note:
MARINA RESERVATIONS
Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for boat dockage. You will have to contact the Dockmaster at Ocean Pointe, please contact Oasis Vacation Rentals for the Dockmaster email address.

You will be required to submit a copy of the vessel insurance and registration along with the trailer registration and room confirmation. Please be sure to attach all required documents during your initial submission as failure to do so will delay our ability to process your request.

Use the Ocean Pointe Marina Amenity Reservation form to submit your request and required documentation directly to the Ocean Pointe dock master. To ensure you are able to use the marina and facilities prior to submitting a request, please see the general rules below:

Rules/Regulations/Restrictions:
‱ All operators of vessels in the marina must have a copy of a current insurance declaration page indicating a minimum of $300,000 bodily liability and $100,000 property damage coverage on file with the dock master.
‱ Owned or commercially rented vessels must be registered and insured or rented in the name of the owner or registered guest staying on the property.
‱ Vessels must not exceed 28ft registered length. (Note: maximum beam 9’6”)
‱ Jet Skis, Wave runners, Sea Doo's or other PWC are not allowed on property or in the marina at any time.

BEACHES
The Florida Keys isn’t really known for its vast beaches. We are a series of islands made up of coral rock. We do have some small beaches that are accessible but they are nothing like the beaches you will find on the west coast of Florida or the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area. The closest public beach is Anne’s Beach which is in south Islamorada. The best way to experience the Keys is to get out on the water. We have world class boating, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking!
