Very expensive hotel with poor services. No hot water, room 102 with not cooling and heating. No parking garage in the hotel. No access for people with limited mobility.

Beautiful views and colorful hotel. The assigned room was #107 with a tiny bathroom almost impossible to open the door shower without opening the bathroom door first.

I love the property but I did not get the room I paid for till the third day the lady said they have the right to change I did not understand why
She said I need it to call the property to get it
I paid for balcony and city view for two day I only had a view no balcony
She changed me on the third day to the right room

Good morning, an apology since due to occupancy we were not allowed to change the room since it was occupied. We regret not having had two rooms on the same level and with the same characteristics.

I like the staff everybody's so attentive, the restaurant is so good , the service I can't complain just the location is really inclined but my mom did pretty well she is 63 years. So nice!!

Excellent location, excellent staff and excellent bedding! This is our second time staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it!!!
