The Ramada Old City Tbilisi has some drawbacks, such as its distant location from the center and discrepancies between website photos and reality. We noted issues with the heating system, resulting in cold rooms, especially in family rooms. Breakfast is deemed average, with additional charges for certain coffees, and the service is criticized for being slow. Despite some positive aspects like parking, TV with WiFi, and internet, the overall impression leans towards recommending first-time visitors explore better options due to the hotel's age and cleanliness issues.

Apart from some traffic noise I enjoyed my stay
Posted Oct. 23, 2023 on HotelsHotel was ok. The bed was comfortable. I'd say the rooms could have been better cleaned. It's set back from the road but I could still hear a lot of traffic noise. The reception staff I interacted with were all very pleasant. It's a 5-10 minute walk from nearest metro station but taxis are very cheap. The restaurant directly in front of the hotel is amazing. Very classy, lovey food and staff. I didn't eat in hotel.

Staff very uncordial. Don't pay attention to your requests.
Every time you have to the reception for your requirements.
The reception pays no heed.
Breakfast is included in your bill, but not all is free.
