Just 10 minutes from the A11 motorway, this peaceful haven is located near the owners' 18th-century farmhouse. It offers complete privacy and a large, semi-enclosed, 5000 m² garden, landscaped with trees and flowers. A heated (28°C) swimming pool (6 x 12.5 m - open from May 1st to September 30th) has been fully renovated and features wooden decking. The pool is uncovered, secured by a roller shutter, and shared with the owners. A ping-pong table, foosball table, pétanque court, and mini-billiards table are also available.

Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, two adjoining bedrooms (each with a 140 x 190 cm bed), shower room/WC.

Mezzanine (steep stairs): small, very sloping bedroom with two children's beds.

Amenities include: freezer compartment, TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi (separate access point), cot, and stereo system. A shared washing machine is available in an outbuilding. Included: central heating (pellet stove), electricity, towels/household linens, bed linens.

Not included: firewood. Mandatory cleaning fee (€70).

Pets: €100 deposit and €10/day supplement.

For cycling enthusiasts: shaded cycle path (Voie Verte), 3 km away on a former railway line, and the Loire à Vélo cycle route 13 km away. Points of interest are a short drive away (golf course 25 km).
