The breakfast menu was good. As a vegan I was looknig for more veggie options. Still the attentive service providers made sure WE got all tha we wanted at the end of the day. They were also very pleasant in seeking to our needs. My room did have an sea view

Everybody at the reception desk was super ! Very friendly and helpful. All the stuff in a breakfast area was was very nice , turkish coffee was exceptional. I gave only 4 stars because housekeepers lacked the pride about the place they work. We were given the bathrobes and sleepers , one of the robes had a broken loop for the tie. I expected robe to be changed, but housekeepers did nothing, I know , they are aware about this issue. I didnt want to complain, but am very disappointed . My hair clips went missing and the bathroom was not always stocked fully.

Lovely hotel in a great position one road in from the beach. Modern, quiet and clean with lovely staff and the parking was extremely reasonable at 61 shekels for 24 hours . Would highly recommend

Great hotel in an excellent location — right by the beach. The rooms are very clean, and we stayed in a one-bedroom suite that was spacious enough for a family of four. The breakfast area was spotless, and the food was delicious. Parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel for just 61 shekels, with unlimited in-and-out access. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service at the front desk, especially from Sean, who made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

The overall experience in the hotel was wonderful, but especially due to the staff at the front desk ( Guy in particular ) who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and convenience and safety. They are very trying time. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful and generous with their time. We will definitely return to this hotel, which is under renovation at the rooftop pool level and areas of the exterior but inside was five star.

Poor room condition and service

Our room had a few maintenance issues (some of them preventing us from taking a shower). We called for assistance, but had to call a few times before they finally arrived. The guy claimed to have fixed the problem, but then we realized that he did not (he didn't even check to see if the problem is fixed!). We were then notified that they will only be able to fix the problem on the next day, after we check out. What a poor service!
