Beautiful House with Private Garden

Our house in Puerto de la Cruz is located in one of the best areas of Tenerife. It is a very quiet area with all amenities nearby. You are just one kilometer from the beach and only a 10-minute walk from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Several bars and restaurants are close by, and the house is situated next to two well-known hotels in the area.



Throughout the house, you can enjoy high-speed internet. If you need to work from home, you will have everything you need to do so comfortably, just like in an office. Additionally, by staying here, you can access a Day Pass at a coworking space in La Orotava, only 10 minutes away by car—ideal if you need to meet someone or print work documents.



The area is highly valued by local residents, as it is just minutes from the Parque de la Sortija and has excellent connections to the northern highway. It is in a residential area, but all services are within walking distance: a small supermarket, municipal market, bars, restaurants, hotels, and a bus stop.
