A real place in the sun, the apartment Casa Soleada. It is only about 300 meters from the sea and from the long and sandy beach of Playa Tejita. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the landscaped pool area (with an adult pool and children's pool), and a view of the sea and Mount Teide, Spain's highest mountain.
The apartment is very quiet, it is a wonderful place to relax. You can recover very well from there 'off' total from a stressful working day.

The Casa Soleada offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed. A cot is available on request. From the bedroom window you can enjoy the view of the pool and the sea.
The large living room offers plenty of space. A cozy sofa can be used as needed as a bed for a third person. The apartment has been completely refurbished with bright and tasteful furniture.
In the dining area, you can have breakfast together in the morning - the way to the kitchen is short. The kitchen has a granite countertop. The equipment is of high quality: There is an oven, an electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Also, the kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils you need to spend a carefree holiday.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and bidet. There is another closet, where a washing machine is available to our guests, and there is an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a small stock of cleaning products, if it is desired to wipe himself once.
Even for a long vacation, the apartment is ideally suited.

This apartment is nice and simple. The bed is comfortable and the cooking facilities are fine. We stayed for two months and had very few problems. Visitors must be aware that this complex is a residential complex and keep that in mind. It is better served with a car although the local busses are very nice. Our biggest gripe is that there are no loungers at the pool or on the balcony of the apartment. It is required that you buy and bring your own.Another issue is that the television is very small and not a smart tv. This should be upgraded. We enjoyed our stay and it is good value.The area is clean and tidy and well looked after.I personally would recommend the apartment for shorter stays.

An excellent restful stay in this lovely apartment

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and found it to be spotlessly clean, comfortable and extremely well equiped. The complex, pool and common areas are maintained to a very high standard. The beaches are just a few minutes walk away and the local shopping centre has a good selection of cafes, bars and a couple of restaurants. The bus stops are just outside the complex so getting about was easy. Yvonne couldn't be more helpful and we hope to be able to come again soon

Great Location For Beach and Restaurants

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The washer was especially convenient to have. Playa de la Tejita beach is a short walk from the apartment and is a wide, clean and unspoiled beach. It is only to be avoided if you object to nudity on the beach. Also within a short walk is a small shopping center with a grocery store and several small restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive is the seaside town of Los Abrigos with many superior restaurants. We found access to the highway very easy for excursions to other parts of Tenerife. The swimming pool at the apartment was clean and inviting, but strange to say, there was no patio furniture,making sitting by the pool difficult. Altogether, it was an excellent choice, especially if you wish to avoid the noisy, crowded beach resort atmosphere. We would choose this apartment again.

We had a nice time near the beach at Yvonne's apartment. She met us without any problem and gave keys. The location is quiet. The supermarket and restaurants are next to the apartment. Everything was like in description. We had absolutely everything at home. We definitely recommend you this place if you want to relax and enjoy the quietness.

Der Schlüssel wird zum Öffnen des Tores benötigt, um die Anlage zu verlassen. Er soll aber zum Ende des Aufenthaltes in der Wohnung abgelegt werden. Im Falle einer Panik verhindert das von innen geschlossene Tor die Wohnanlage ohne Schlüssel zu verlassen!

Empezamos genial porque lo que más destacaríamos es el trato. La pronta respuesta por la app y sobre todo el maravilloso trato de Yvonne. Fue cercana, muy atenta y predispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento. El apartamento da de cara a las piscinas y destaca la tranquilidad que se respira. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, amplio y tiene de todo. Lavadora, tendedero, todo en la cocina, mesa de comedor, sillón mesa en el balcón, etc. Vistas al mar, no es que veas la playa, pero está muy cerca y llegas rápido caminando sin necesidad de coger el coche. Tiene un supermercado con buenos precios dentro de un pequeño centro comercial y buenos restaurantes con múltiples opciones. Desde que podamos volveremos.

On y est bien. Mais çà fait 3 ans qu'on vient dans cet appartement et les serviettes de toilette /plages n'ont pas changé : un renouvellement ne ferait pas de mal, elles sont plutôt minables ! Un seul bol pour le petit déjeuner, c'est difficile pour 2 ! Sinon, Swen répond vite s'il y a un problème, un mail et tout s'arrangé. Alors là prochaine fois, merci pour des serviettes neuves !

Très beau logement

L appartement est très beau et il ne manque rien, à part un petit plat pour aller au four. Calme à cette époque, idéalement placé. Nous le louerons l année prochaine et pas un autre. Nous y étions trop bien. Merci au propriétaire.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner ruhiger Wohnanlage mit Pool - empfehlenswert

Bereits zum 2. Mal waren wir in der Wohnung Casa Soleada. Die Grösse und Ausstattung finden wir sehr gut. Das Bett dürfte jedoch aus unserer Sicht etwas breiter und weicher sein. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Sicht auf den Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Jeden Morgen kommt der Gärtner/Hausmeister, kümmert sich um die Pflanzen und reinigt den Pool. Es gab so gut wie keine Ruhestörungen. Wir fanden es wieder einmal fantastisch, dort zu wohnen, nicht umsonst waren wir das 2. Mal dort und wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa kommen, sicher auch das 3. Mal. Die Wohnanlage ist ja direkt gegenüber des Strandes, d.h. der Strand ist hinter dem kleinen Einkaufszentrum, welches erst vor knapp einem Jahr eröffnet hat und den Vorteil bringt, dass man zum Frühstück frische Brötchen/Brot in vielen Varianten sowie alles andere was man sonst so braucht, zu Fuss holen kann. Ebenso gibt es Cafes, diverse Restaurants und Bekleidungs- und Sportgeschäfte. Also, wir finden die Lage in La Tejita top und es könnte kaum besser sein. Nach El Medano müsste man jedoch mit dem Auto oder Bus fahren (Haltestelle vor der Wohnanlage) Insgesamt volle Punktzahl (5 Sterne) von uns! Grüsse aus Stuttgart

Bello e comodo l'appartamento,tutto come descritto e si vede nelle foto, pulizia sufficiente.Bella e grande anche la piscina. A circa 300 mt la lunga e bellissima spiaggia La Tejia ,ma purtroppo è sempre molto ventilata e secondo me,non adatta per i bambini. Comodo il piccolo supermarket e alcuni negozi fronte strada.Il residence si trova a circa 3 KM da EL MEDANO con tanti piccoli ristoranti/Pizzerie,vicino all'aereoporto e a circa 20/30 min. di auto da LOS CRISTIANOS e LAS AMERICA.Si consiglia il noleggio di un'auto. A chi piace stare in luogo tranquillo,consiglio questo appartamento. Saluti Giuseppe

Super Wohnung, sehr ruhige Lage, großer breiter feiner Strand

Wir (Familie mit 2 Mädchen, 4 und 8 Jahre) hatten die Wohnung in den Osterferien 2016 gemietet. Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen bestens. Die 4-jährige schlief bei uns im Bett (wie immer) und die 8-jährige auf dem Klapp-Sofa. Durch die Lage im Innenbereich hat man Blick auf den Pool, das Meer, den Sombrero de Chasna (seit 3 Teneriffa-Urlauben unser Lieblingswanderziel) und natürlich den Teide. Vom Flughafen hört man absolut nichts. Wie immer hatten wir ein Auto, was auch empfehlenswert ist. Einen Parkplatz konnten wir immer dicht am Eingangsbereich finden. Einkaufen kann man sehr gut in dem großen Gewerbegebiet "Las Chafiras" an der TF-1 in ca. 5km Entfernung: Mercadona, Tankstellen, Textilgeschäfte, Chinatown; alles zu einheimischen Preisen in sehr großer Auswahl. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnanlage ist ein nicht zu kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man ebenfalls alles für den Tagesbedarf bekommt.

Schönes Apartment nahe El Maden

Buchung und Abwicklung vor Ort waren sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage und ist top ausgestattet. Mit dem Auto erreicht man diverse Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
