Room was amazing and the staff are brilliant. Only reservation is the Bed and Pillow Selection. Both have slightly let down the otherwise off the chart experience. The pillows are all very hot potentially due to 100% artificial (polyester I believe) filling and the mattress was so hard, it literally gave hard back due to its hardness. Maybe a pillow top on top of the mattress would have been better but hey ho. Other than that, very amazing stay and experience. My 2+ enjoyed the most !

Lovely hotel with three pools. Service excellent, nothing too much trouble. We were half board, and the food was really good, different every night.
