It has two cosy bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and toilet, and the second bedroom has a single bed, small desk and storage space. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower. The large open space integrates a fully-equipped kitchen with the bright living room, which has a comfortable sofa, a 50’ Smart TV and a well-designed decoration. For added comfort, the living room also has a ceiling fan.

Located in a quiet area, 10 minutes by car from Santa Cruz, very well communicated with the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably and with easy access to public transport.
