Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ. Smart TV. Air-Con. Parking is hassle-free with nearby spaces reserved for residents. Just step away you will find a GYM, SPA, Tennis court, restaurants, supermarkets. A nearby Bus stop offers direct connections to Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Fañaba, El Duque, Siam Mall, Siam Park, Aqualand.
Maximum capacity- 6 adults +1 child.
