The room looked to be recently painted, but nothing was fixed before they painted it. Most of the outlet covers leaned away from the wall, some outlet covers were not even the right ones (who needs a combo cover for a switch and outlets begins the TV. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The walls were thin and I had to sleep with the tv on so I couldn’t hear the people outside or in the next room. The breakfast was muffins or waffles. No fruit and I didn’t see juice. Overall this was well below the standard I have for anything Wyndham owned

The room was in disrepair. The carpet nasty. Furniture worn, cabinets won't close, poor and failing ceiling in bathroom from upstairs leak. Infested with bugs. Fridge not clean. Wife would not use tub or shower.

Blood on sheets on one of the beds was disgusting. Staff and check in was good. Mattresses need to be replaced and bed linens should be cleaned and replaced every day.

The front desk manager upon checking me in charge me $10 for the dog when speaker said that was total price was 61 he drives me $71.00 and than told us after he submitted my payment, that we would have no TV and no Internet for our stay.

Well we seen a roach crawling on the wall. The room was kinda beat up. The overall stay wasn't bad, but for the money could have been a lot better.

DISGUSTING HOTEL. DO NOT STAY

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. First, the smell. I am not sure if its the odor of whatever nastiness is happening at this hotel or if its what they're using to clean the place but it smells terrible. Second, the overall appearance was somewhere that might be used "by the hour" if you know what I mean. Carpet in terrible condition, chunks missing out of the paint and walls, everything was sticky. I found myself checking the bed for bed bugs and then went "what am I doing staying at a place like this?" Third, cleanliness. SO GROSS. The toilet in the room I was put in still had someone else's urine in it, and the tub and shower had all kinds of yellow sludge and was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was in worse condition than a campground bathroom where you would wear shower shoes. I couldn't even imagine sitting on the toilet seat, it was so gross. and they had nothing covering the drain either! The shower just went straight into the plumbing and the gaping hole was just open. I asked for a new room or a refund. The second room didnt have any working lights, and the third room, while apparently clean, smelled so bad I couldnt stand it. I asked the manager for a refund who told me I would have to take it up with Hotels.com. I asked for a document showing I didnt stay here in order to get a refund, and was told no, they dont provide that. terrible experience. stay anywhere else!!!

This room was disgusting and dirty. Bed linens stained, bathroom mat had hole in it and was dirty. Paint peeling in bathtub. General unsafe feeling in parking lot, lots of questionable people loitering, front desk clerk working on a broken down car in the parking lot.
