Villa Tronciu is a beautiful independent house surrounded by a private garden with views of the mountains and the sea of the Marina di Tertenia.

In the living area you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your living room, sofa in the dining room with TV, bathroom with shower and bidet. Outside, private parking, barbecue area, outdoor shower and a beautiful veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside and the beach of Foxi Murdegu. The property is air-conditioned and has free WIFI.
It is strongly recommended to visit the area by car or motorbike because of the lack of public transport.
