We were able to check in early. It was very peaceful. The continental breakfast was exceptional. Everything was fresh and tasty. The staff we I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Decent property, check-in was excellent. No shuttle for the Windstar Casino was available The biggest complaint was the house keeping staff sounded like they were having a block part outside my door at 9:00am. Yelling down the hall and slamming cart into doors and wall.

The front desk refused to give me a Checkout Document Receipt with the reason she couldn’t because I prepaid on Expedia. I wanted the normal Checkout (Dated, with your Room Number) Receipt that is normally slipped under your door the morning of your Checkout. If not slipped under the door the morning of Checkout, one may get it at the Front Desk. This is good to have for one’s records, to show what Room one stayed in along with the Checkin and Checout Dates stayed. Both women (checkin( checkout) were rather cold, unwelcoming and curt.

Dear Veronica Thank you for taking the time to complete a survey for your stay. We are sorry to hear about your bad experience. We are normally known for our exceptional attention to detail and we regret that we missed the mark during your stay. We have been told by Expedia if your reservation is prepaid by them, we do not give receipts out to the guest. Expedia emails you a receipt prior to your check in. So, in the future if you would like a receipt make sure you do not book a prepaid reservation. They have reservations that you can book thru them that our hotel collect (and yes, we can give a receipt for this kind of reservation). We hope to see you in the future.

As soon as you walk in it smells nice and clean. HELP was amazing and very friendly. it was very nice and quiet!!
