What a stunning quiet environment that gave us lots of options for quiet time snd active times. Great for family. Loved that we were able to also see locals fishing and be close enough to visit local food shopping markets. Bus service to Khao lak was helpful.beautiful, friendly and kind staff

We are travelling around Thailand and this place was so far the most impressive package. We booked for one night at first and ended up extending at the frontdesk for another 3 nights. One upsetting negative: my phone charging cable had been swapped to an old, non-working one somehow while in the room, which I only realized when I arrived at the next hotel. Oh well, have to go out and buy a new one. Overall

Nice resort, clean and great rooms. Staff (restaurant, etc) a bit slow, in the evening food takes ages. There is also a nice beach along the road.

Relaxing, Enjoyable Stay

Very good check-in service, the room we booked was not available, so they allowed us to view and choose an alternative room including room upgrades. The resort looked very clean and new, good finish quality, good architectural features. Nice swimming pool and close to a beach.

It is quite risky to stay at this hotel during Covid-19 since the hotel doesn't have policy to have their staff wearing mask while they have to have pretty close connection with Thai and overseas guests. However, after seeing the staffs at the dining chit-chatting over at the food station (especially at the live station) which could possibly be the disease spreader, I decided to make a complaint concerning dining hygiene. The next day, after the complaint, I could see the improvement since most of the staff were wearing mask and be more aware about the situation.
