Very limited tea & coffee in room. No glasses provided after first day. Spoons not washed up. Bed sags on table side as only one chair provided and second person has to sit on bed. Outside needs cleaning up!

It’s a bit of a long walk into Delft. The hotel seem to have bikes available but they did not mention this or offer the use of a bike.

Front desk forgot to charge me so I had to go down again and pay. Asked for an iron, but they never brought it. Can't believe we paid 17 Euro for the breakfast. It wasn't worth it!

Guy in the reception, Chris, was not confident, charged extra for breakfast and did not help to solve the problem . He did not give me his last name, saying that this is personal information. The other employee next day helped to get refund. This was very unpleasant experience.
