Shopping area was excellent,and I felt very safe in and around the facility.I would recommend this motel to everyone.Close to popular eating areas.Thomas and all of the staff were extremely pleasant and very attentive to our every need.

The floor was soaking wet as they were shampooing the rug when we arrived. The lights went out in the bathroom and couldn’t be changed. They gave us a big lamp a couple hours later. The bathroom vanity was dirty. Old food on the floor. And garbage on the floor under the register. Fireplace didn’t work. Not worth the amount we paid for the night.

Booked the property for the hot tub and of course like the rest of our trip every hotel that said they have a hot tub it was not working Fix it. One of the other problems with suite 201 when the A/C kicks in it is like a jet taking off as well the door to go downstairs is right beside the bed headboard so when someone goes through the door it is heavy and it slams the only other thing is this room is right beside the swilling pool and until ten it is very loud. I don’t think I would be charging so much or selling this as a suite as it is so loud and uncomfortable

We booked the hotel for the hot tub and pool unfortunately the hot tub was cold and broken, no signs or anything posted, only 2 jets worked at the ankles area, the pool was ok I guess warmer then the hot tub but either way I needed to shower. When I asked the staff they had already known of the issue and didn’t know when it was going to be fixed. The room was clean though

Only one big problem the breakfast is the worst. The eggs are cold and watery could not eat them even after heating them up in the microwave still watery. The milk for the cereal was room temperature warm. The sausage is poor quality. Coffee is also awful. Ended up having orange juice and a hard boiled egg and that had some age on it. If you can’t do better than this don’t offer it
