Accueil exceptionnel et très hospitalier dans une charmante demeure typiquement écossaise. Lynn a été d’une gentillesse infinie. Gros coup de cœur pour le petit déjeuner complet, délicieux et généreux. Super vue depuis notre chambre sur la mer et les falaises !

Nettes B&B
Publié le 5 nov. 2023 sur HotelsDas B&B ist hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut. Ein Parkplatz ist auch (gratis) vorhanden. Das B&B hat logischerweise weder Restaurant noch Bar. Zum essen muss man ins Hotel-Restaurant 100 m weiter oder man fährt nach Thurso, was bei Dunkelheit eher unangenehm ist angesichts der sehr schmalen Straßen.

A Fantastic Place to Stay!
Publié le 22 sept. 2023 sur HotelsThe Greenland House was quite the find for us. The rooms are spacious and clean. The large historic home it is in is wonderful. The location in Castletown - close to Thurso - is fantastic. So much more peaceful than staying in Thurso. However, the real gem of this place is the proprietor, Victoria. She is kind and wonderful. Gave us great recommemdations of what to see and do and where to eat - all of which were spot on! She was also very accomodating of health comditions my wife and I have. If we are up near Thurso in the future we will definitely go back.

Fantastic Edwardian house with bags of character. Wonderful hospitality; warm welcome, top cooked breakfast and good nights sleep. Highly recommended and excellent value
