3 star experience. This hotel is basic. Clearly it’s been around for a long time and they’ve tried to update it by whitewashing the rooms. Unfortunately the rooms have a bit of a prison cell feel about them (white and cold). Beds are comfy, bathroom very basic but clean. We had a room with a balcony - very small balcony - maybe 2 X 4”. Included continental breakfast which was really under par. On the bright side, it’s a great location, right in the heart of town. Great views of SF from the rear deck. I would choose to stay elsewhere in future.

Lovely inn with a view

Lovely inn with spectacular view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Discounted paid parking was off-site just a short walk away. Our only complaint is that it was noisy in the morning.

What a lovely, small hotel right on the water, with outstanding views and patios! The service is phenomenal! A large Continental breakfast brought to your room every morning, wine and cheese in the afternoon, and warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening. Everyone is quick to accommodate and couldn’t be more friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfection. Right by the water with gourgeous views of the city across. The small street has many restaurants and shops to enjoy. Love love this place. The wine hour every evening was wonderful and the highly baked cookies were the best treats.
