All white water spectacular views throughout. Converts from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. There are room dividers for this. Relaxing and peaceful environment in a private gated community just south of the San Diego border (second exit Punta Bandera/Punta del Mar). This amazing house is great for celebrations , family reunions,birthdays anniversaries!
