This property is beautiful. We had a lovely, huge two room suite facing over the marina. It had a large balcony where we could watch the world go by whilst we were having a cocktail in the evenings. The staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. The area is fun with lots of great restaurants and a very pleasant laid back vibe. We had a great stay!

The area is very clean and chic , the hotel was amazing. In terms of everything. Location , service , helpful staff. I would not consider staying in any of the other hotels to be honest. It is the best.

Front of house reception staff need proper training. I called reception when I arrived to complain as I got the wrong room. To my horror the receptionist (male) started shouting at me saying I need to take it up with my travel agent and it’s not their problem. Can you believe this from a 5* hotel? It should be a warning to everyone, don’t expect 5* service like you would get in more developed parts of the world here. It’s simply not up to international standard
