Very tiny room (too tiny)! Lobby is too small to hold all the early checkin luggage, makes the lobby very chaotic. Very slow elevator. No self service laundry available. Our sink was leaking. Very good location if you need to catch early flight to NRT, we had an early flight and had no issue catching the first sky-liner!

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. I paid extra for a park view and it was worth it. Checkin is very easy and the staff is helpful even though it is computerized. We left our luggage in the lobby twice and both times it was convenient and well taken care of. Everything is nearby, you will not need to walk far at all to get food or forgotten items or to the metro. Which means you can spend your time doing all the activities in the park! The rooms are small but we had everything we needed and enough space to be happy. The beds were comfortable.

This hotel is very conveniently located across from the Keisei Liner terminal and the Ueno JR Station. Also, the Ameyoko area is within walking distance. At the hotel, staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are small but comfortable. After having stayed in 4 different Apa Hotel locations, it's safe to say that this is a reliable chain.

Well located hotel across from the Skyline Station (if you are coming or going to Narita) in Ueno. Right next to the park and lake. Very clean but small room. The room I was assigned had no view as it was looking into a building under construction. Notwithstanding, I was not disturbed aa I was out during day time.
