5/5 absolutely fantastic! I was an American traveling to Japan for the first time and apa hotel was literally perfect. The staff were so friendly to me, the room was perfect the bathroom was nice. Perfect location right in Roppongi. The onsen spa on the roof is amazing. Loved every second of staying with Apa! I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time here. NO Heat and woke up each night with room temps in 50s. Sick and awful all around. ( NO heat in building roof open ) exposed freezing temps. Snowed and they could have regulated to give heat in ROOMS not go by OUTSIDE temps being in the 30s.

During my stay at the APA hotel the staff was always polite and respectful during any interaction with them. My room was very clean the staff always provided cleanliness and also provided new towels, sheets and hygiene products..
