Le pongo 4 estrellas únicamente porque ellos no hacen limpieza habitación ni cambio de sábanas y la habitación era más pequeña de lo que esperaba, incluso diría más pequeña que una habitación hotel APA

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a great location, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. However, I found the room to be less than satisfactory. The room was not as clean as I had hoped, and there was noticeable dust in the room. The staff were very kind and helpful, which made the experience slightly more bearable. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and addresses the cleanliness issue promptly. I believe the hotel can still offer a great experience overall. I would still recommend the hotel to others.
