Very nicely presented property. Nice design and overall appearance. Quite stylish. Good selection of toiletries. Negatives Not much english language support. In room signage and controls like the aircon only in Japanese. Partial Ocean view is actually a glinpse of water, very misleading. Poor selection and not enough tea and coffee. Very noisy all night. Could hear constant banging from next door and people running around above. General areas of the hotel are too hot and dry. Desk staff at check in were very pleasant but struggled with basic english. Restaurant menu is far to restrictive. Only 4 dishes and nothing really appealed to me. Concierge was a disaster. We turned up after a 5hr plus drive only to be told we cannot park on the top ramp to check in. So we went to the carpark only to be told we had to unload our bags upstairs. The place we were told we could not. After wasting about 15 minutes we were finally able to unload at reception. To his credit he apologised but it was a bad first impression.

Must stay if going to Tokyo Disney

We stayed here in the past when the hotel was called a different name but it continues to provide excellent service and provide extremely close proximity to Tokyo Disney Resort.

Beautiful hotel!! Ideally located if visiting Disney parks, convenient shuttle, and nice size rooms!!!

Hotel is very accessible to Disneyland and Disney sea. The breakfast buffet spread is good.
