Also the limousine bus directly to the hotel made traveling to and from the airport so easy and affordable. Absolutely would stay here again my next time in Japan.

Immediately blown away with the interior of the lobby. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and multilingual. The room and bathroom was very spacious, coming from an American. This hotel experience was the best I’ve ever had! I’ll never forget this stay.

Going to go straight to the point. The hotel & hotel itself was nice. Bathroom amenities were good however I did not entirely enjoy my experience for multiple reasons. For starters, I’ve never been to a 5 star hotel where you have to pay to use the spa. Was not mentioned anywhere prior to booking so that disappointed me. Secondly many of the staff were super unhelpful. We had an issue where we were told “that is not a problem” and then we were brushed aside. Whereas when we saw those with white skin go to the same desk, we had seen a completely different attitude towards them compared to us which I found super odd. If you’re going to stay at this hotel, just know they have a major issue with going down to the lobby with your pyjamas even if it’s the one the hotel had provided. If you want your stay policed instead of relaxing, this is the place to go. We even had one staff member who had an issue with the fact that we ordered uber eats food. We were super frustrated by him & just ignored him in the end & took our food to our room, if I’ve paid money for my food & hotel room, don’t tell me I cannot bring it up etc.

Great stay. Room, staff and facilities were great. Executive lounge access was nice to grab coffee, snacks and evening hor dourves and drinks. Breakfast was decent but not worth $45 but was included with our room. Hotel is in cruise/ tourist area so not much for decent food options and options that are around are pricier than anywhere else. Also location adds transit time of 15-20 mins each way as you have to effectively go to Shimbashi station to get most places at a cost of ¥345 each way or ¥900 for a 24 hr pass. Would consider staying here again for right price.

What a great location if you dont want to stay in directly in the city. Had city view room and able to see Rainbow. Ridge abd Tokyo Tower. Shopping, restiranys in walking distance. We mostly took taxi into city since there was 4 of us.
