This a very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff! The rooms are nice and the pajamas that are provided are both top and bottoms, which is nice. Also take complementary toiletries are very nice and they have an extremely large option/range of things to choose from including nice face products!

The room was fine but so small it didn't have even a small closet. Items could be hung up on the wall (like it was art). No free items offered such as water bottles or toiletries. A bit of a letdown given the rate charged.

I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Ginza! The train stations were literally on every corner. Good restaurants and shopping were also all walkable distances from the hotel. The room itself is pretty small but by Japan standards it may actually be quite spacious. I recommend this for the location of the hotel and cleanliness of the hotel.
