Great hotel in a prime location. Lots of activities and good restaurants. Obviously rooms were on the small side but that is to be expected from the hotels in Tokyo. However, the bathrooms and tubs were awesome! Loved soaking in the tub after a long day of walking. Staff was very quick to address issues and were nice. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend especially if you want to be in an area of lights and action. Definitely not the location if you are looking for bamboo forests and no one around.

The hotel is good but location is not ideal for families with children. The path/street leading to the hotel is filled with adult entertainment establishments and streets are filled with people soliciting for various services, particularly at night/evening. When walking back to hotel with children, it can get quite uncomfortable.

My stay at Hotel Gracery had some positives, but there are several areas that need real improvement. The biggest concern is the area immediately outside the hotel. At night, the surrounding streets become crowded with extremely intoxicated people, and there was visible vomit and trash. It felt uncomfortable walking in after dark, and the hotel should consider stronger security presence or clearer guidance for guests about late-night safety. Inside the hotel, the experience was much better—the lobby and common spaces were clean and well maintained. However, the rooms themselves are very small, even by Tokyo standards, and the bathroom had a noticeable mildew smell that made the space feel less fresh than expected. Pricing inside the hotel was also a bit surprising. The bar felt overpriced, and several basic comfort items—like higher-quality pillows—required an additional fee, which seemed unnecessary considering the nightly rate. Lastly, staff engagement was minimal. The front desk team was polite, but not warm, and the concierge never engaged or offered assistance. A little more hospitality and proactive support would go a long way in improving the guest experience. Overall, Hotel Gracery has potential because of its clean interior but the surrounding environment, room quality, pricing structure, and guest engagement need attention to make it a more comfortable and welcoming stay.

Every time i travel to Tokyo I will be staying at Gracery Shinjuku. The hotel and its hotel rooms are generally comfortable to stay. But the breakfast price is a bit expensive. Also the room's floor can be vacummed in a more thorough manner, noticable paper or tissue scraps can be found. Other than this I like this hotel, great location.

The deluxe room was nice and spacious for the two of us. The location was exceptional! Wish we could have gone outside to visit Godzilla up close, but the patio access was closed. Hope it opens soon.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Gracery during our recent trip to Tokyo. The service was excellent. The rooms were rather spacious and modern. The thing we liked most was the location. This hotel was in the center of it all. Waking distance to everything. The two things I did not like were the terrace to see Godzilla head was closed. I also didn’t like that there was no American television to watch during my stay.
