Spotlessly clean, quiet and quite spacious room with smart tv. Bathroom was a bit underwhelming with a shower over bath set up and the location is quiet and well connected but not much within walking distance

I like the hotel service and location. However, the standard room is a bit deceiving in terms of space. The photos on this does not reflect how small it is inside. You can't even fit a check-in bag open on the floor. I had to upgrade to a deluxe size to have a better space. Other than that, the bed is a bit hard regardless of the type of room you get. Hence, be warned.

We spent seven nights here and could not have been more pleased. Great breakfast. Staff was great. Excellent location. Great facilities. Standard room wasn’t large but had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

An excellent hotel, with great staff and service. The location was easy walking distance to several stations and made it very easy to get around all over Tokyo! There were also two convenience stores around it making it very easy to grab a quick drink or bite! While there wasn’t a whole lot to do around the hotel itself, it wasn’t hard at all to take the transit to somewhere that does! The rooms we stayed in were a bit small for 2 people who are not used to smaller accommodations, however we got used to it pretty quickly. I’m under the impression that the size is about average if not above average for a Japanese hotel. Regardless, it was very comfortable! We enjoyed our two week stay, and we would definitely stay here again in the future if we come back to the area! Thank you very much!

This hotel has very friendly staff, many of whom speak English, which really helped! The restaurants and bakery were delicious, and it's conveniently located between a few train stations. The rooms and building itself were also very clean.

The staff was excellent and it was in a great location. The parking was easy, the parking attendants were way nice! The location is a short walk to the Tokyo dome, which had lots of cool stuff and was really cool. There is a basketball court next to it, which was really cool. We would definitely stay here again. Best shower i ever used too!!

Hotel was in a great location, close to multiple train stations both the Tokyo metro and JR line. Also great customer service in helping us check in/check out and the room was clean. The breakfast buffet had multiple options to choose from. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The room was spotless when we arrived and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff printed an extra room key one night when my partner had already gone up to bed while I stayed downstairs, and the hotel gladly held our luggage after checkout so we could use our last day to explore without hauling everything around. They cleaned the room every day (unless we specifically requested that they not) and made the bed for us and replaced 4 water bottles each day. Would definitely stay here again for the size of the room and bed, the private restroom with toilet, bidet, and shower, the laundry accommodations, and the ease of access to the train station and surrounding neighborhoods. The distance (<10 minute walk) to the Tokyo Dome was also really convenient!

Clean place overall, good facilities (e.g. gym and laundry) and excellent service. Room rather small (like other hotels apparently). It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again.
