This hotel we perfect for us, the rooms are on the smaller side or what you would expect in the UK however my partner and I made it work, the hotel is a short walk from a station with a Lawsons right opposite. The staff were friendly and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. Would definitely stay with MyStays again.

The hotel was okay… the staff were very nice. It was just the room. We booked a smoking room cause it was cheaper. But we didn’t expect the room to be pretty dirty and to us, uncomfortable. It still smelt like cigarettes, our sheets had somewhat “blood” stains. Bathroom wasn’t clean good enough. There were stains on the sink and on the shower curtains. The wallpaper was peeling off AND there were yellow stains on the wall. We were very uncomfortable and we were supposed to stay there for a whole week. We tried to get a refund and told them about our experience but we couldn’t since we booked from here and not their official website. Other than that, there were Lawson across the street and around the block was a mall which was good. ALSO it was walking distance from the train station.

This is supposed to be an inexpensive alternative to the 4+ star rated hotels. However, when they up the rates in Nov, the amenities don’t match the cost. Stayed 5 days with no room service. If you want to change your towel, you need to bring it down yourself and exchange for new ones. Not a huge deal, but, paying $100+/night, I expect better. Laundry room on first floor nearby check-in and open 24 hrs. Staff was very friendly and able to communicate in English. Location was about 5-10 min walk from JR train station. Near a major supermarket and shopping with a Lawsons across the street.

There was no indication that there were no indoor hallways to get to the room prior to booking. It’s something to note especially if you’re traveling during the colder seasons. Also, it states that there’s designated smoking areas but when we asked a staff, he said it was at all the way at the Kameido station. Additionally, the bathroom felt like it was a portable restroom. The electric kettle also needs some cleaning. I opted to use the microwave for hot water since the kettle looked a bit dirty inside.

This hotel was great! There is a laundry room available to guests, as well as a small interior courtyard space with vending machines and tables. This hotel is also very conveniently located near Kameido Station, as well as many excellent shops and restaurants, and a small park.

Había gente fumando dentro del edificio, en el pasillo, y aunque miraban por las cámaras, nadie les dijo que era un área de no fumar yo tuve que salir y pedirle k no fumara pork mi cuartito se estaba llenando de su humo, y solo me ignoro y mas noche salio a fumar otro sigarrillo. La tina de la regadera tenía moho negro y estaba muy manchada de suciedad, y aunque pagué extra para que me fueran a limpiar el cuarto, no se quitó. Lucía sucia, definitivamente se tiene que reemplazar.
