I like it being quite., i have a hard time on door knob😅 its hard to lock, and unlock😅 but i love thier service and hospitality to their guest😊👌

We only stayed one night but the room was nice. Hotel was expensive but so is everything else in Tokyo.

Comfortable size for two good size bathroom and clean...many dining and shopping options all around ...

It was okay. Staff were pleasant, but my room smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking, but I suppose that is to be expected. I had to air it out the first night when it was ridiculously loud outside. Police with megaphones came around telling people to go home at around 4am. Very close to the red light district and very accessible to the rest of Shinjuku.
