Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The staff is not genuinely kind. They are not helpful at all. They do the bare minimum. The location is only good bc the train station is attached HOWEVER the area is kind of hard to get around. I’d recommend staying in a different area if you want to explore more of Tokyo. This area is shiodome and is more business vibes not really appealing for tourist. Definitely better areas to stay in like shinjuku! The rooms are basic and definitely outdated. The bathroom is uncomfortably small. The bed is also uncomfortable. They only clean like 1 every 4 days. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, definitely better out there. I recommend Mitsui Garden hotels they are professional and kind & all over Japan. Do not waste your time in Japan at this property like I did for 6 days!! Stay somewhere else!!!

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel, localted in a metro train station, is about 25-30 min train ride from most attractions. The hotel offers a free happy hour every night during my stay ( wine and beer). Staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel.

Check in at 10 pm and waited an hour for the room to be ready. Was also told I booked the reservation for 1 person, but room was for 3 people. Paid the difference of about $400 for a 9 day stay to add to additional people for the same exact room. Staff only cleans every 3 days. On these days the trash was not taken out throughly and did not give clean drinking cups etc. Left to another city for 3 days and plastic bottles and old coffee sat on the night stand until when we came back. Experience was very inconvenient.

Stayed at ​Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Shiodome​ and loved it! The location is perfect—just steps from Shiodome Station and close to Ginza. The room was compact but very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Super comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and fast Wi-Fi. Staff were polite and efficient, and the breakfast had a nice mix of Japanese and Western options. Would definitely stay here again for a hassle-free Tokyo trip! ​Highly recommend!​
