The hotel rooms were definitely a lot smaller than I expected. Granted they are reasonably priced for being so, I would just want others that stay after me to know that because it did come as a shock to me.

My first time in Japan and I feel I picked the perfect hotel from the start! Price was affordable for my one week stay, absolutely loved the area, and when we were hungry there were multiple konbini and restaurants around not to mention the famous Hekkelun was a small walk away! Business area so in the morning it was quiet and at night, still quiet but just a street over you see all the izakayas filled with the people from the morning! I am definitely staying here again next year for 2 weeks this time!
