This has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are super friendly and speak great English as well. The hotel is in a perfect area to enjoy shinjuku and has access to food and subway stations within 3 minutes. The breakfast in the morning is great as well. I recommend the suite rooms as there is plenty of space to enjoy and lots of little things that make a difference. Book this hotel and you will be happy. Nola on staying at this hotel every time I go to Tokyo.

The afternoon tea in the club lounge was superb. Delicate, delightful sandwiches & cakes well worth the Premier Grand upgrade. The room was wonderful & the products supplied of the highest quality. Centrally located within easy walking distance of shops & trains or a short cab ride. The staff are truely wonderful, friendly & helpful. Overall this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in across the world.

The most amazing stay. We were traveling with our toddler and stayed in the premier grand section of the hotel. All staff members were warm and kind. The breakfast and evening drink hour were impressive. Good selection of the finest meats, cheese, western, and Japanese options. Alcoholic drinks were top notch. Toddler was treated so well! They even have kid plates and areas to sit where everyone can enjoy and we wouldn’t feel conscious about our kiddo disturbing others. Spectacular views from bedroom and Lounge. Room was well kept, big enough. No crib for babies who can stand, they do provide a bed guard rail. Loccitane products in bathroom, including morning and evening skincare routines. The best pajamas ever! I bought a pair!

Excellent all around, except breakfast buffet. Need improvements: breakfast buffet is the same everyday. Not good for people stay over 2-3 days as the food offerings are the same. The same is true for Lounge food. Same repetition everyday.

Loved this property! It was very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming, location was near shinjuku station. There is a 7-11 on the property, which was very convenient. It was safe and made for a great vacation stay! Would definitely stay here again!

The Premier Grand was worth every penny! Simply amazing. It was extremely clean, the customer service was top tier, breakfast buffet was delicious, and the amenities were amazing. I will advise that if you have tattoos, they may need to be covered to access the pool. That didn't bother us though, because we understood it was probably for cultural reasons. The location is perfect! You can walk to the train and they have taxi/uber services. 10/10, would recommend because I would stay here again!

The service and amenities at this property were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast, tea time, and evening appetizers included were above expectations and we all loved watching the nightly light show on the metropolitan government building across the way from the top floor. The location was perfect as well for transportation purposes and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Tokyo in the future.
