Stayed at hotel for four nights with family of four. Location of hotel is good though hotel room and amenities appear dated to my liking. Approximately 10 minute walk from nearest station. Convenience stores close by for snacks and essentials. Retail area also very close. Room is spacious by North American standards, kitchenette was useful for late night snacks. My only displeasure was the scent in our room especially the toilet. Despite the cleaning it didn’t smell fresh. The carpets in the room probably needed cleaning or harbored scents. It made my stay less pleasurable. However, front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Helped me secure restaurant reservations, booked airport limo and received my luggage forward with no issues.

We had a great stay! The hotel was located in a convenient location close to lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and Shinjuku station. The room was surprisingly spacious for a group of four. The staff are friendly and very helpful!

This might be the worst Mimaru location I’ve ever been and this is even most expensive one. First of all, this apartment hotel is quite poorly maintained and feel very old, and also there are stains everywhere including your bed sets. Staff is not that friendly as well. Don’t recommend this location

Love the staff, always willing to help with everything! Location was great for us! It’s in West Shinjuku which is great for families as it’s not as hectic as other Toyko areas! Close to Shinjuku Station! The room was great, comfortable with everything you need!
