This was in the perfect location for Disneyland. Using the train to get here was challenging. But discovered the Airport Limousine Bus for $1100 yen pp ( which is less than $8) will drop you off 5 mins away. You want the Kasai Station.
The Disneyland shuttle bus #7 is near that same station will take you to straight to the park. About 20 min ride and $320 ye pp.
Make sure at airport to trade your currency to yen
.The hotel itself was clean and quiet. Checking in was easy , used the tablet at the reception desk and within minutes had our room number and code to get in. It didn’t say where to put trash (we were there 5 nights) but seen others put it in outside door and it was picked up. 24 hour grocery store across the street and a ton of restaurants within walking distance.
Would stay again!

7 night stay
Posted Jan. 13, 2024 on HotelsGreat stay and super convenient location. 5 min walk to metro stn and 24 hour convenience store and grocery stores right outside of property.
Clean and communication was good. Only issues were the stove top didnt turn on, the bathroom sink faucet only ran cold water, and the laundry was a bit of a lengthy process since the dryer is small and did not blow hot air. Ended up paying about 700 yen for one washer and dryer load.
Other than that, it was a great stay and would stay there again and recommend.

Fantastic location, close to a park and right next to train station, really good spot for any first time travellers to Japan.
