Family of four stayed here in March. Room was small and we learned that everything needed to be stored in suitcase every time, however by doing so the room looked nice and neat. Toilet was separated from bathroom which we loved. Bath tub and wash area was good size. We survived thanks to their laundry room. 300 yen for 30min washing and 100 yen for 30min dryer (it took 1hr to dry regular items). We could check availability of W/D from our room TV. Its never been full. Bring Pods and dryer sheets for laundry. Lobby has currency exchange machine. And staffs are very nice and friendly. Some has international background. We didn’t use restaurant and cafe in the building but we shopped at the convenience store everyday. Great location. Very clean and quiet around the hotel, and there are choices of two JR stations, three subway stations. We even used local buses to Harajuku and from Shinjuku. We’d like to stay here again on our next trip and we’d like to try their bathhouse then.

Good location and walkable to shibuya or just 2 quick stops on the ginza line where the station is a couple blocks away. The baths on the 10th floor are really nice and an added bonus

Staff was outstanding, and we had an amazing stay on our first trip to Japan. Looking forward to returning and staying again.

The foam is so hard, room is too small I was expecting it’s big as per the description that is why I booked the hotel ..location is perfect easy to downtown
