The breakfast is great, a lot of choices, but, for the first time in visiting 80 countries, the staff made us wait and the buffet hour was finish some little time after... We felt rushed and that was annoying considering the cost of the breakfast. The rooms are standard for Japan, a bit overpriced. It is well located, near the bay.

The room is comfortable (bigger than I expected). Staff are friendly. Outside of the center downtown, but with easy access to all places (a bus stop is just outside the hotel).

Clean property with helpful and polite staff. Connecting rooms were roomy and convenient. In House laundry machines were busy and not emptied, so very hard to get to use them, only 4 available; once used, the drying was not well. Easy access to busses, and walkable distance to nearest metro station. Some shops and restaurants close by. Walkable distance to TeamLabs Planet. Overall, a great place to stay.

Lovely hotel great for multi-generational family

The hotel was excellent. We were a family of three (grandma, mom and teen son) so we got the adjoining twin rooms. Beautiful facility with an excellent breakfast. Great location as it wasn’t in the thick of things but easy to get to Ginza and other parts of Tokyo by bus or taxi.

We had excellent experience overall. The rooms and property is in excellent condition. Th location is very convenient, in between Ginza and Toyoso, we could move around very easily. The breakfast was super good!!! We had wonderful time staying at this facility..
