Property was great! The only thing I would change is they need a 24 hour airport transportation! Cabs are very expensive and the train is very hard with a little one Everything else was amazing.

Beautiful hotel and very convenient to Disney. The main beds were soft and very comfortable. The smaller twin beds were a bit hard. Buffet in the morning was excellent. Staff very accommodating. Would stay again!

It doesn’t matter which hotel you stay at near Disneyland because they all access Disneyland with the monorail. This property is great, but your dining options are limited entirely to this property. The outdoor pool and grotto is a nice bonus.

The property was right across the street from the train station or Subway station and it was literally the next stop to Tokyo Disney Sea which was less than 5 minutes and only two stops away from Tokyo Disneyland which is about 7 minutes super super close. Also the hotel had a lot of dining options so you didn't even have to leave the hotel to eat anywhere else.

Wonderful Family stay at Sheraton Grande Bay Hotel

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Resort for a family vacation, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout our stay was consistently friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. The resort grounds were stunning—immaculately kept, with plenty of space for the kids to play and explore. What stood out most was how family-friendly the resort is. From activities for the kids to helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, it really made for a stress-free and memorable holiday.

Disney line is just accross the street, have a free shuttle to JR line for guests. Depends on your room location, some are outdated, but room size is great for Japan. Breakfast option is nice, fueling and gearing up for your full of fun day(s) at disney

Great and friendly staff. The morning breakfast was amazing and the facility and surrounding area was very clean and beautiful views. This hotel was conveniently located.
