I absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was so helpful.It's not right in the heart of the most busiest parts of the city, but that was a benefit for me.The JR line was a quick walk and really easy to use and took me all the places I wanted to go. Would stay again for sure.

Good for a couple of nights

Staff were efficient and friendly and the room was comfortable for a couple of nights. The bathroom was a bit tired but functional. Location is great as all walkable from the station which has good links

This is a nice little affordable hotel. It’s very clean and the staff is lovely. Close to station and to the temple where 47 Ronin are buried. Very good for the price!

It is just what I need for a one night stay near Shibuya Station. Staying longer may become difficult as you need to travel by train to get to any touristy places. But that’s not what i’m here for so this place was perfect!

Tired old place, needs updating badly

Tired hotel that requires updating. Some nice touches such as the amenities as you enter the hotel and reception staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was shocking, one of the worse we have ever had and we didn’t even bother for the second day even though we had pre paid.

This hotel is in an excellent location for travelling throughout Tokyo, it is 5-10 mins from Shinagawa Station. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I cant praise them enough, helped us transfer luggage to our next hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for the staff alone!
