A comfortable stay and a comfortable room. The hotel is conveniently next to the subway station. Far enough away from the noise and commotion but close enough to get to the busy areas. The breakfast was filling with Japanese and western options but the same food everyday. Great service at the front desk. Great location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, for my first visit to Japan. The staff were excellent, really helpful and reception was well equipped with amenities. The hotel was conveniently located next to the metro station, near lots of restaurants. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was really quiet enabling a good nights rest after a busy day. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall stay was okay. The best feature was how close they were to the train station, but I think you are able to find better hotels in the Tokyo area for around the same price. Overall the structure of the hotel was very old and the amenities they provided were quite average. The staff was nice and friendly though!

The room is ok, but the no safe box. The bed underneath is open collecting garbage from previous people that The cleaning lady left old underwear and a cheap ring thought was us.

Hotel is clean. Bed is comfy and good size for two people. Room is also decent size for Tokyo. Staff are super kind and helpful. Hotel is in a quiet and convenient area but walking distance to all the fun locations. It is also right beside the subway entrance. Highly recommend. I would stay here again.

Friendly helpful staff, rooms with great air conditioning. Breakfast buffet good, shops and restaurants nearby. Subway station few feet away… excellent for getting around and super easy to use. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit

The staff were so helpful and nice, the food at the buffet was very good, and though the hotel rooms are small, they were perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Staff at front desk wa s very helpful. Hotel provides lots of things ourisy information bog plus. Location of hotel being next to subway extrance was big plus. Location was ok, still need a bit of walking to center of Sinjuku. Restaurant associated w this hotel does not open till 10am. Not a lot of breakfast choices nearby but probably a characteristics of local resudences. Room small size by western standards but still works.
