Great room, in a quiet spot in Shinjuku with a short walk to train stations. Helpful staff, lots of options around in walking distance too. Loved the luggage forwarding service that they were very helpful with.

The Knot is in Shinjuku but on the quiet side. It can be a little confusing to find metro entrances and figuring out the best exits but it’s convenient to major lines. We also used the 51 bus. From Shibuya to the hotel is an easy route. The breakfast made our days better! Started off long days of exploring Tokyo with a delicious breakfast and the variety allowed us lots of variations in meals. Not luxurious but comfortable and good value.

We enjoyed our weeks stay. The room was small but served our needs. The beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was really good. Very lively lobby and restaurants made the hotel feel friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth adding. We enjoyed it every morning and found the variety was enough to keep us happy. The food is excellent quality. We also ate in the restaurant several nights including the rainy cold night we arrived from NYC. Only minus is the advertised laundry room is very small for an entire hotel and was always busy. So factor that into your stay.

Second time booking at Knot. First was during Tokyo Marathon. I will book again when I visit Tokyo. It may be a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station but the place is not chaotic which I prefer. The restaurant at the second floor is very good too aside from the bread they sell at the lobby.

Located pretty far from any action. You can’t just walk down for food or shopping. You need to hail a cab or Uber. So if that’s what you want, stay here. Also, the A/C wasn’t working in our room. It was 40degrees F outside so we just popped the window open. Cool lobby. Nice bakery at the lobby.

A pleasant stay at the Knot with friendly staff and a great bakery, though the room and bathroom were smaller than expected and it’s a 25-minute walk to Shinjuku Station and about a 5 minute walk to the closest 7/11.

Fantastic location super close to the park and other businesses. Rooms were kept very clean and were well designed for the space. Shower was always hot and ready and we didn’t want for anything. Staff was on point all the time even with the daily eco cleans. Bakery downstairs was a bonus and we couldn’t get enough of the bread and pastries.

Staff were amazing, very walkable to Tochomae (Oedo line) and Shinjuku stations. Quiet neighbourhood as you’re in the business district but plenty of food options if you want to eat close to hotel. Pretty decent coffee from the dining area and the bakery inside the hotel is next level with plenty of options
