The staff made the stay great! From the front desk receptionist to the cleaning staff....all were very professional and courteous.
Coffee and donuts was a great addition. And having breakfast in the cafe was excellent!
Only bad part was not being able to look outside or open the window even a small crack. My husband struggled with that but was told that there was no other option.

Great location, close to the train station. Only complaint is it was a very hard bed would not recommend for anyone who has any back issues. Small rooms as to be expected for this price in Tokyo.

3 star hotel in good location
Very small room, bathroom ok normal Japanese standards , hot water very low pressure so hard to take good shower.
Convenient caffe downstairs and near main restaurant entertainment area
