Very clean, modern, and great customer service. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s close to a major train station and a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. I’d totally stay here again.

Pros: Very convenient location, a couple of mins walking distance from Kinshicho JR station. Many smaller shopping malls around the hotel. We loved the buffet breakfast with many western and eastern options. Cons: Rooms are a bit outdated, but decent size for Tokyo standards. We were a family of four and had a quadruple room.

Great location but service was not so good. I booked thru Expedia for a room for 1 adult and 2 kids and when I arrived they said that they have to upgrade my room and asked me to pay $1000 to upgrade. I had no choice because I had kids and we are all tired and it’s raining and It would be hard to get another hotel on the spot

This property has access to everything you need in minutes. It is a relatively quiet area, which was fine for my family and me. The property is large, somewhat dated, clean and safe. This hotel is also a stop for the airport limo bus, which aldo made it super convenient when transiting to NRT.

The Disney shuttle made things so much easier. Very close to Kinshicho station and all the shops and dining options in the area. Quiet at night and safe. Local park and shopping mall nearby. Convenient but not overcrowded. Our second stay here and wouldn't hesitate staying here again. In truth the hotel is dated but it did not bother us. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very lovely and welcoming - attentive to all our needs. Saw many families staying here with young kids. We had all our meals already planned so we did not get to try to in-house dining but will do next time. Limited facilities (i.e. no pool, onsen etc.) but don't let that deter you. Highly recommend Tobu Levant.

It was a second time we stayed at this hotel. We love the area around it. Subway station is so close and it has a couple of malls around. There are a ton of cute little restaurants around. We love it.

Nice hotel. AC works fine and easy to operate. Staff speak “decent” English. Offers shuttle to/from airport and the price is cheap. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the frig wasn’t cold enough.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Overall, we are happy with the hotel, location, and close proximity to the train station. We enjoy the view of watching the trains at nights instead of looking over Skytree which was another room option.

Excellent hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was quite lovely, esp for the price! The hotel was very elegant and super convenient with 7-11, Family Mart and even Don Quijote right downstairs. The train stations were within 5 min. walking distance. The size of the room was decent for Japan, and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was sometimes you can hear noises, not sure if it was doors closing or people walking upstairs, but it was kind of a muffled noise. But overall, would definitely stay here again.

Great location and friendly front desk

The front desk is very helpful. We arrived at 6am and stored the luggage. When we were back after dinner, everything was moved to my room. Great location, especially going to Disney Sea. The shuttle is easy to reserve. My room has the view of Skytree but is a little old and not very clean on the tub area. After I requested, they cleaned it
