The hotel provides a basic logging and staff are very friendly and polite. The location is very good for some tourists attractions and good transportation access. There are many restaurants/bar/grocery shops . I’ve chosen this hotel for a public bath . Thus after check in at 15:00 , I went to the bath, but bath water was not cleaned and many dirty things were floating in the hot water. Since then I haven’t been there and used a shower in my room. It was very disappointed. 15:00 is opening time , and it should be very clean both hot water and facilities. Also the hotel provides disposal slippers without sealed bags , which unhygienic system . Hence I’ve thrown them away without use it. Breakfast at a coffee Kan is very good system , it doesn’t need a full buffet breakfast.

Close to several train stations& has a grocery store right across the street. There is also a restaurant on the first floor with very affordable and tasty food options if you don’t feel like wandering around— and many more options for food if you do feel like wandering around.

The hotel was slightly bigger (1 sq meters more) than the standard room compared to other hotels that offer comparable prices (e.g. APA hotel in the same area). The good thing we liked about this hotel is that they offered free flow of hot/cold beverages at the lobby area (coffee/cocoa). Another thing that stood out was that the mirror was the anti-fog type which is an added bonus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Tosei Hotel Cocone Asakusa Kuramae.

Very clean, tidy, convenient hotel for Tokyo. Typical small size that maximize space use. It even has a "big bath" that we didn't go. Excellent location for transportation, food, going around, everything. It's a chain, and definitely worth coming back to.

We booked a double bed room. If you’re a large person, (tall or fat) the bathroom will be quite cramped. Your knees will probably touch the door when you’re using the toilet.
Otherwise, great place for tiny Japanese people like me. 5’1”
We went in late November and the weather was great (high 60s) but there was no AC in the room (only heating and a fan) so we were suffering from the heat.
