Excellent service. I accidentally booked a smoking room and the front desk was extremely accommodating in getting us rebooked. House cleaning is extremely diligent and some of the best service I have received. Would recommend.

It's my second time in Tokyo and I chose to stay at the same hotel. Very nice, clean, welcoming, comfortable. It has all you need. It's very close to the station and one stop away from Tokyo station. Great value for money

Way too Small for 2 people or anyone over 5'10". The room has a consistent unpleasant smell that cannot be freshened. Bathroom is atrocious, the sink spout is the same as the bathtub's and it doesn't work well. Heavy clogging of drains so water did not drain. Do not recommend.

It was one of the cheaper options in Tokyo. Location is okay near Kanda Station. Room is small much like other hotels on Tokyo.
