Great stay in Tokyo!

Great hotel, perfect location, a stones throw from the subway; including directions from the subway platform to the hotel and a free airport shuttle service. The hotel was clean tidy and spacious.

Love Toyoko Inn. More bang for your buck plus free breakfast! Only hiccup is airport shuttle not as frequent as before. Luckily location is near train station from the airport.

Facilities and room quite new and nicely maintained. Fairly standard type and size of room among business hotels in Japan. Literally besides the exit of Otorii station, which is 10 min from Haneda and about 20 min from Shinagawa.

Fast check in

Great customer service. Lady at front desk quickly assisted with checking in. I could not find my reservation number, and she used my passport to look up info. Very fast check in. Room was small compared to American rooms, but it was still perfect. Shuttle service was great both arriving and departing. Also, train stop was about 2 buldings away. Extremely convenient.
