everything about this hotel was great - including location...it just had a sewage odor in the hallways and main areas...that I think was from the river or some water piping construction going on... - and no fault of theirs. the staff were amazing -supporting and accommodating. Cheers to them ALL

The walls here make paper thin seem thick. People in the rooms next to us sounded like they were in bed with us. The coffee maker didn't really work. And there was some kind of buffet warden guarding the breakfast on the 3rd floor who would demand to know your room number if you looked like you'd just woken up—but let you right in if you'd already grabbed a shower. Also, the hallways were cold enough to store raw meat in. I don't think we'll stay here again.

Parking is not easy. The 14 th floor smelled like sewer water. Ugh. Glad I was there only one night. The water from the bathroom tap smelled like diesel fuel. On the positive side the restaurant saved the day the bar tender and wait staff were amazing. Had a delightful brunch

The parking situation could be better. Those who are staying at the hotel would benefit more from a flat rate that allows the guest to leave and come back without paying each time.

Excellent hotel, great staff especially the valet staff. The irons and ironing boards where poor. We tried 3 times to get a useable set and gave up on ironing a dress. Everyone of the staff tried very hard to help. We had a clean room overlooking the Mudhens baseball field. Great view!
