Our room was filthy. They moved me to a different one. I had to come down to get the key and no offer to help move my things. I was travelling alone with my young child. Then the pool was closed.. not mention of this at all online or when we checked in. Found out once we were in bathing suits trying to open a locked pool door. I went to management to complain about the poor experience this for and she offer a lousy breakfast vochure. Will not stay here again!

It was a very comfortable stay. I like how the staff had the initiative to check on me and asked me if my room needs cleaning. Location wise it is close to airport but a bit of a walk to bus stop. The rooms amenities were also complete with the microwave, TV, towels, flat iron,hair dryer, coffee maker and vault safe. Just a few improvements - aircon was a bit noisy and crancky. I also hope there are room slippers and a bathroom matt to dry off the floors. But all in all it was a very very excellent stay.

The pool is very dirty so does the room and we have 4 people they always gave us only two towels so we have keep call them for extra and takes long time . Construction in and out of hotel very noisy ! Not enjoyable to stay especially with kids!

Our room wasn’t ready so we got a downgrade without a refund, they give us free parking in exchange which we weren’t aware we had to pay for $30 a night I believe.
