We were not overly pleased with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. I will preface with saying all of the staff was incredibly kind, but there were lots of problems with the hotel itself. We weren't super pleased about the paid parking, since every other hotel I've stayed at in the area has parking included. They also have no queen beds there, only doubles. Next, there was weird stains in various parts of the room, plus the curtains had a bunch of holes in them. The fridge was SO painfully small we could barely fit anything inside of it. I am used to small hotel fridges, but this one was ridiculous. The microwave was also set up on a very weird rickety side table. Lastly, there were six elevators here, and only ONE was working during the busiest day of an event in the area which has the lobby packed full of event goers and hockey kids. I will probably never stay here again. But the staff was very nice.

The property is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are posted absolutely everywhere though, including in the very small pool area which feels a bit invasive at times. Website says there is a hot tub and sauna. There was no hot tub. My Uber driver had no clue how to get to the front doors because every driveway was blocked by pay bars. Nice hotel but they have this “we’re exclusive to specific types of people” air even though they aren’t a luxury hotel.

Have stayed there 3 times but this time it was dirtier. Hair in room in bathroom and hallways were filthy .Guy at desk was great when he checked us in.Last day for breakfast service wasnt good.
