The hotel was very clean... everywhere, particularly the rooms with big white beds! Very inviting! Very polite and friendly staff ... our favourite was Val ... Valerie, NOT ValJason or Valentine. (Sure she understands this joke). They made sure we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely revisit. Also well located, a short walk from most places - 15 minutes to Eaton Centre.

Everything was good with this hotel. Clean, great staff! Would recommend. But I booked this thinking that the rogers centre was 4min drive from the hotel (as listed in the ad), but it was a 22min drive so it was farther than it listed in the ad.

Found as last minute option to stay after travel to concert. Location is right on the edge of main downtown area. People were walking from the stadium to their hotels a block or so away from this hotel so it’s doable we drove straight into the city to the venue. It’s a quiet area with a park directly across the street. It was a good value , updated room and breakfast included. Staff was there when we checked in a little after midnight and also contacted them for extra bedding which arrived very fast.

Everything from the Halls to the room to the main reception was incredibly clean. The breakfast that's included is Top Notch and one of the best. Staff are incredibly friendly. This is hands down one of the nicest days in any of the hotels in toronto.
