PLEASE AVOID THESE AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE A FAMILY ESPECIALLY THIS ELITE SUITES CHAIN !!! We booked 2 bed condo unit in one of the Grand Ovation high rise buildings where we were already staying in another unit which we couldn't extend. We had booked it just because the unit was in same building. Then on the check-in day when we called to enquire which unit we need to check-in they told us that unit is not available and hence we need to go to another building all together. Since we had no option we went ahead and checked into another building just opposite but it was a 1 bed condo due to which I ended up sleep on the floors using their additional beds. So there is NO guarantee even though you pay in full and you are completely at their mercy. For one or the other reason like noise complaints from the people living under our unit, they called us and threatened us to get us evicted within 6 hrs without any other alternatives for us. They charged me around 470$ in spite of explaining the situation we were put into and my son (9 yrs) accidentally pulled a fire alarm tab thinking it's an emergency exit and/or it will connect him to security desk while I was struggling with a trolley full of luggage outside the door in the basement. Overall it's good only for singles or couples who want to enjoy the high rise buildings, views and serenity in these areas. If you are a family you will be feeling like you are in a jail and will repent each and every moment of your stay.

no in house staff, no considering at all if you go early before 3 pm even seemed room was vacant

Too far from Niagara Falls and tourist attraction. No cleaning staff.
